Over several years, my teams researched, designed, and developed the foundation of a global Marketing and E-Commerce presence for Reebok. User research and feedback frequently reported many of the most common problems with large websites: too many clicks, challenges finding specific products, and poor quality product and ordering information.
The result was an engaging and dynamic structure that allowed the company to surface a wide variety of products, partnerships, or other messaging very quickly and to highly specific audiences. Additionally, in the months following the site launch, the company saw significant improvement in critical metrics like cart abandonment, time on site, and average units per order.
